HOW IT WORKS:

Using just a small sample of hair/fur, we can extract a huge wealth of data in the Pet Health At Home laboratories, allowing us to test against 300 items including Meats and Dairy, Egg, Gluten and Vegetables, Non-food Environmental Items, Metals Vitamins and Minerals.

Please note: no physical kit is dispatched. Following your purchase, you will receive an email containing the unique code that you need to enter during the registration form process.

Simply buy securely online, receive your confirmation email and instructions, complete your online registration and send us your sample. You’ll receive your results within 7 days of receipt of the sample at our labs.

Once we have received your hair samples, you will be notified by email. Our technicians will process your sample and within 5-7 working days, you will receive an email with your results or direct to the app on Apple or Google.
